"If you loved me, you'd all kill yourselves today" That line comes from the awesome Spider Jerusalem, protagonist of Warren Ellis's comic series Transmetropolitan, which had been on my read list for years, and which, through Free Comic Day sales, my local comic shop's moving sale, and Amazon.ca, I have now been able to acquire the entire series off...I'm three books in and loving every crazy minute of it. Check it out. Likewise, through the same venues, I was able to discover IDW's new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series, and I gotta say, it is pretty sweet. So I was digging through my files earlier and came across one I really really hoped had been deleted at some point in the past. I was wrong. You see boys and girls, some time ago, circa 2005, your Uncle Drew was struck with yet another story idea- trust me at the time I had a binder or so filled with little snippets and tidbits that never went anywhere- so who was I to believe this time would be anything different. Been working on my monster characters quite a bit lately, and decided it was high time to re post them now that there is quite a bit more to each one then a picture. There are plenty more I could post but most of them don't have names or characters just yet. Works in progress and all, but least the core characters are now here and hopefully people enjoy them.
